Kirkwood identified Kingsley Lane's three most-probable purchasing groups with a competitive study,
marketability report, and lifestyle analysis. Kirkwood led a "think tank" workshop with the development
team to connect appealing selling features to each target consumer group. Kirkwood created Kingsley
Lane's marketing collateral, planned the VIP event, and hosted/sold units at the Grand Opening.
