Kirkwood was one of three original investment partners in The Gallery project charged with directing sales and marketing. Delivered competitive market study; Developed residential floor plans with Hobbs + Black architects; Oversaw creative development of logo and initial branding materials; Created standard int erior selection packages for lofts, luxury residences, and penthouse products; Specified sales center displays and furnishings; Developed pre-construction pricing pro forma. Kirkwood sold membership interest to an investor in late 2006.
